I had a previous shoulder injury that was causing chronic pain. This accompanied with work related stress prompted me to seek relief through therapeutic massage.  During the treatment session my shoulder pain began to subside, The massage therapist also tested my range of motion during the massage, it too had improved greatly from when I came in.  The massage reduced my stress level and I began to sleep alot better.  Thanks!
